AgileOlogy specializes in providing online learning programs designed to equip learners with industry-relevant skills. Our services include:
Online courses with live and recorded sessions
Practical assignments and projects
Placement assistance for eligible learners
Enrollment is subject to eligibility criteria and course availability.
Full or partial payment must be completed before the course begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
EMI options are available through approved loan providers.
Learners are expected to adhere to deadlines for assignments and projects as outlined in the course schedule.
Access to course materials is granted upon successful enrollment.
Active participation in live sessions, assessments, and other course activities is mandatory for course completion.
Learners are required to maintain professionalism and mutual respect when interacting with peers and instructors.
Sharing course materials with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
Instances of plagiarism or academic dishonesty may result in dismissal without a refund.
All course materials, including videos, documents, and assignments, are the sole property of AgileOlogy. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Placement assistance is provided for up to one year post-course completion and includes:
Resume-building workshops
Interview preparation sessions
Job opportunities shared through our professional network
AgileOlogy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any of the following:
Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
Non-compliance with course requirements
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
A refund request must be submitted within 5 days of registration or payment.
After 5 days, fees are strictly non-refundable.
Submit a request via email to support@agileologyedu.com with the subject line: “Course Refund.”
Include the registered student’s email ID and a valid reason for the request.
Valid reasons include payment errors or inability to access the course.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Securing a job after enrollment
Lack of interest in the course
Relocation or personal reasons (e.g., health or family issues)
If a loan has been disbursed, only the down payment (minus processing fees) is refundable.
Students must directly initiate loan cancellations with the loan provider.
Course changes are only permitted during the demo period and not after full payment or access to the course.
All refund-related communication must be via email. Chat or phone requests will not be considered valid.
